ONE-YEAR CUSTOM CROWN CARE PLAN POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY

The One-Year Custom Crown Care Plan is exclusively available with the purchase of an eligible new custom or ready-to-ship crown constructed by Sew Lavish Crowns using hair supplied by Sew Lavish Crowns.

The care plan must be purchased at the same time as the eligible crown. It cannot be purchased separately, added after checkout, or applied retroactively to a previously purchased crown.

The care plan does not apply to customer-supplied hair, wigs constructed by another wig maker, wigs purchased from another company, or outside units.

If a care plan is purchased without an eligible crown in the same order, the care plan may be canceled and refunded.

2. COVERAGE PERIOD

Coverage begins on the original crown purchase date and remains active for one year.

All included services must be requested and redeemed during the active coverage period. Unused services expire at the end of the one-year period and do not roll over, transfer, or retain cash value.

3. INCLUDED SERVICES

The One-Year Custom Crown Care Plan includes:

• Three Wash & Style services
• One Crown Reconstruction service
• One Lace Me Over closure-replacement service
• Standard comb and adjustable-band replacements when reasonably necessary and completed as part of an included service

Every eligible Sew Lavish Crown also includes one complimentary Wash & Style with its original purchase. The complimentary service is separate from the three Wash & Style services included in the care plan, allowing the customer to receive up to four Wash & Style services during the crown’s first year.

The complimentary Wash & Style is not part of the $475 care-plan purchase price and remains available to eligible crown customers whether or not they purchase the care plan.

4. COVERED CROWN

The care plan applies only to the specific Sew Lavish Crown associated with the original order.

The plan cannot be transferred to another crown, order, or customer. Proof of purchase, the original order number, and care-plan information may be required when requesting service.

5. SERVICE SCHEDULING

For the best maintenance results, Wash & Style services should be scheduled approximately once per quarter and spaced approximately 90 days apart unless otherwise approved by Sew Lavish Crowns.

All services are subject to appointment availability and the current maintenance turnaround time. Purchasing the care plan does not provide expedited or priority service unless otherwise stated.

Turnaround time begins after the crown has been received, inspected, and approved for service.

6. CROWN INSPECTION

Every crown is subject to inspection before service. Sew Lavish Crowns will determine whether the requested service is appropriate and whether the crown can be safely repaired or restored.

If the crown requires work or replacement materials outside the care plan’s coverage, the customer will be notified of any additional charges before the additional work is performed.

Sew Lavish Crowns reserves the right to decline service on a crown that is unsanitary, excessively damaged, altered beyond repair, or otherwise unsuitable for safe restoration.

7. WASH & STYLE SERVICES

Each Wash & Style service includes the standard maintenance services described on the Sew Lavish Crowns website at the time of service.

Wash & Style services do not include lace replacement, extensive tightening, reconstruction, additional hair, coloring, specialty cutting, or other services not specifically listed as part of the standard Wash & Style service.

8. CROWN RECONSTRUCTION

The care plan includes one Crown Reconstruction service during the coverage period.

The service may include tightening, resizing, track repositioning, cap repair, or partial reconstruction, depending on the crown’s condition.

Crown Reconstruction does not include lace replacement, additional bundles, replacement hair, premium materials, major design changes, or the complete replacement of a crown. Any additional hair or materials required for reconstruction will be quoted separately.

9. LACE ME OVER CLOSURE REPLACEMENT

The care plan includes one Lace Me Over closure-replacement service using a standard replacement closure selected or approved by Sew Lavish Crowns.

The service includes removal of the existing closure, installation and customization of the replacement closure, necessary tightening or reconstruction associated with the closure replacement, washing, deep conditioning, wig molding, and styling.

Premium lace, specialty textures, longer closure lengths, custom coloring, exact texture matching, or other requested upgrades may require an additional charge.

Replacement materials are subject to availability. If the original closure or hair is no longer available, Sew Lavish Crowns will select the closest suitable standard replacement or discuss available upgrade options with the customer.

10. EXCLUSIONS

The care plan does not cover:

• Shipping or delivery expenses
• Customer-supplied hair or materials
• Wigs constructed or purchased outside Sew Lavish Crowns
• Services performed on a different crown
• Additional bundles, replacement hair, or missing wig components
• Premium lace, specialty textures, longer closure lengths, or custom coloring
• Changes to the crown’s original design
• Damage caused by another stylist, wig maker, or unauthorized alteration
• Excessive cutting, plucking, shedding, matting, or chemical damage
• Damage caused by improper adhesive use, excessive heat, neglect, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or conditions beyond normal wear
• Complete crown replacement
• Services not specifically identified as included in the plan

11. SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for all incoming and return shipping costs associated with care-plan services unless otherwise stated in writing.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the crown and using a trackable shipping method. Sew Lavish Crowns is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged before they are received or after they are transferred to the return-shipping carrier.

12. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND UNUSED SERVICES

Care-plan purchases are subject to the Sew Lavish Crowns refund and cancellation policies and applicable law.

Once any included care-plan service has been redeemed, the care plan is nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law.

Unused services cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, applied to another crown, or credited toward another product or service. All unused benefits expire at the end of the one-year coverage period.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing the One-Year Custom Crown Care Plan, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Sew Lavish Crowns reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the stated coverage and to charge separately for additional services or materials requested by the customer and approved before service.
