RTWC Policy (READY TO WEAR CROWN) service is a process where we offer units that are predesigned by our wig designer. Some units are preconstructed and some will be custom made using a sewing machine, styled, and based on standard circumference sizing (S, M, L). Customer must check the sizing chart prior to purchase to avoid an incorrect size purchase. Units will ship out within 1-3 business days with tracking provided within 24 hrs of unit being shipped.
BEGINNERS COLLECTION service is a process where those who place an order from the preconstructed catalog. This is a PREORDER unless stock is available. The Processing time is 3-5 business days and does not include weekends or holidays. The turnaround time is 7-21 business days for this service with a 72 hr payment verification process. Processing time, turnaround time & shipping time is a separate timeline. If crown customization and styling is added and fulfillment is complete, a picture of the unit will be sent to the email provided for final approval before the unit is shipped out. The unit will not be shipped until the customer has agreed to the final look of the custom crown. CUSTOM MADE CROWNS CATALOG service is a process where those who are interested in having a custom crown designed by us can choose from the crown catalog to have a custom-made crown constructed with hair &/or closure/frontal provided by us and created by our wig designer. Processing time is 3-5 business days and does not include weekends or holidays. The turnaround time is 14-21 business days for this service with a 72 hr payment verification process. Processing time, turnaround time & shipping time is a separate timeline. Once the custom crown is complete, a picture of the unit will be sent to the email provided for final approval before the unit is shipped out. The unit will not be shipped until the customer has agreed to the final look of the custom crown. Units will ship out within 3-5 business days with tracking provided within 24 hrs of unit being shipped.
CYC Policy CREATE YOUR CROWN service is a process where the client who chooses to have a custom crown designed by us can send in their own hair and closure or frontal. Processing time is 3-5 business days and does not include weekends or holidays. The turnaround time is 14-21 business days for this service with a 72 hr payment verification process. Processing time, turnaround time & shipping time is a separate timeline. The turnaround time for this process starts once the hair is received from the mailing service. Please provide us with a tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order. You will have 3 -5 business days once your order is placed to ensure that we have received your hair. If we do have not received your item within this time you will automatically receive a refund for your order.

CUSTOMIZATION POLICY We are not responsible for units and or the lace shedding as a result of the customization process which includes bleaching the knots to ensure a more natural and realistic appearance for the hairline., This is a normal process. You can send in your unit for a repair service plus the cost of the lace product (closure/frontal).
CONSTRUCTION POLICY Sew Lavish Crowns is not responsible for the dissatisfaction of the unit which includes but not limited to cap type (stretch mesh, adjustable cap, ventilated cap), track placement, threading selection(cotton), & etc. based off personal expectations. All units are made with precision and care while being handcrafted and designed to bring you ultimate quality and superior value. We take our time when creating our collection so you can rest assured that you will receive top quality products from our company.
HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICY We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate eligible* returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. If the wrong item is received, please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt of the product. DISCLAIMERS Please note: For any custom-colored unit, when being replicated the color will be close but not exact as different bundles lift and colors differently, but I will try to get it close to the same.
ORDER CANCELLATION WHILE IN PROCESSING WINDOW, DELIVERY REFUSAL & FAILURE TO RETRIEVE When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order, cancels order once order has been processed and for any other reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and full shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: If you the customer refuses to wait for the completion of your unit while in the processing or fulfillment window and unit has been ordered this is a customer error.
WIG APPROVAL AND VERIFICATION Prior to the shipment of your wig, you will be required to approve your order via the link provided to ensure your order is completed to your specifications. Your wig WILL NOT be shipped until the form has been completed.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION All wig orders will require a signature confirmation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PAYMENT PROCESSING POLICY We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. Payments that are unable to be verified includes:
- Zip code invalid for card used
- Card used is not the same as name on order
- Invalid address
- Incorrect email placed online at the time of order. If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be cancelled, and you will automatically receive a refund.
IF BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH If when placing your order and billing and shipping address do not match, you will be required to send in a copy of your driver’s license so that we can verify that your identity.
